Folake Solanke (SAN) is the first female Senior Advocate of Nigeria and the first Nigerian female lawyer to wear the silk gown as Senior Counsel.
The 88-year-old is also the first Commissioner of Western State and a former Chairperson of the Western Nigeria Television Broadcasting Corporation (WNTBC).

Solanke is the daughter of Chief Jacob Sogboyega Odulate (1884–1962), a Nigerian pharmacist and founder of Alabukun, a patent medicine.
